It was a weird week filled with a complete range of extreme emotions. The majority of the week was shrouded in a dark cloud of despair. Yesterday, though, was the sunshine and rainbow of hope that comes after the storms.
Just like comfort food, comfort music is part of my self-care routine. I was all over the place with my musical needs this week. But, you know what? As always, the music revived me. It never fails.
