Japanese Breakfast reminds me that I am brave enough to dream big. Yes, "tell them count the days." Hallelujah -- Michelle (et al) is gifting us a new album in March. Double hallelujah -- tour stops at the Ryman and at the Tabernacle in April. Hmmm. Either of those would be super fun. Tickets are expensive ... we'll see.

Hey, wow -- so, 2025 sure knows how to make an entrance. Amiright? I had an absolutely exhilarating snow day/long weekend in Alabama. What about you? And, hey -- I finally released that nasty albatross that's been weighing me down for the past three plus years by mentally closing the door to an endlessly toxic relationship. All is well in the world.

"I wanna believe -- I wanna believe in something." I hear you, Michelle, I really do but this melancholy (sometimes) brunette (and sad woman) is all out of chances. Well, now -- how about that, huh? I've felt that one coming like a freight train the past few months.
