I woke up living this lyric -- "A little context if you care to listen -- I find myself in a shit position." Yep. Of course this is the one line from this song that's stuck on repeat in my brain. Good Monday morning to you, too, universe -- thanks for reminding me of my current extremely disappointing predicament.

Raise your hand if you know Raye ... raise your hand if you know 070 Shake ... raise your hand if you know this song. OK. Now, if your hands are in the air, wave them like you just don't care. Hold up -- Simon didn't say so. Great. Apparently, I woke up in a goofy mood. Wonderful. This is not the sort of song that needs to be stuck in my head on a Monday much less if I'm possessed by a goofy mood on top of that.

I like Raye. I like 070 Shake, too, but her new album (from a few months back) was pretty weak. I like the style but as a whole, the album seemed to lack substance. It just didn't hit with me. Friendly tip: Don't waste one second being underwhelmed.
